How much does it cost?
We quote on a per-project basis because each project is different in both content and scope, as is each customers needs and expectations. A quote range is given after the initial free consultation.

Can my site be changed or updated?
Minor text changes are made for free for those who choose to host through us. Major changes will incur fees. We have a managed account service for high maintenance sites as well as a self maintenance package available.

What's this domain business?
A Domain is a place on the Internet. A Domain Name is the address. All Domains need a physical place to reside. This is called Hosting. Domains need to be registered at an accredited Registrar. We will assist with this process if needed.

How can I get people to visit my site?
We will discuss various ways of establishing your site. Including, but not limited to, search engine registration, link swapping, banner swapping, and importantly, incorporation into your existing advertising portfolio.

Search Engine and Directory registration is offered at a reduced rate for those who choose to host through us. There is a $59 monthly fee and this coves continuous DAILY submissions to the top rated search engines and web directories as well as website updates and maintenance. Major changes will incur additional fees.

Do you guarantee hits on my Web page?
We do not guarantee hits or visitors to any site we create. We do however design with regards to search engine friendliness. Search engines are notoriously fickle, high ranking simply cannot be guaranteed. The only certain way to achieve high rankings with them is to pay them.

How do I know if I'm getting visitors?
There are a few different methods depending on your needs. An invisible tracker can be placed on your site if requested. You can then view all your visitor information with a hidden link
There are several Free Tracking services you can pick from that can be added to your site or a simple counter can be added.

Can you do e-Commerce?
Yes, we do e-commerce packages for those who require them. Please note that real-time credit-card processing can be expensive although there are some cheaper third-party solutions available. Secure hosting is also more expensive. Prices on application.

How long does it all take?
We are used to working to deadlines. Depending on what initial information is provided, a small site can be up for proofing within 24-48 hours. Larger sites obviously take longer. We will certainly not take any longer than necessary to create your site, but it does take a some time to iron out any imperfections and get your site exactly what you want.
